Returning Oversized Items
If you want to return an item that is large or heavy, contact Online Customer Service (1-866-842-5368). Please have your order number available when you call. They will provide you instructions on how to return an oversized item.
Exclusions
Special Order items cannot be returned for a refund. These are products that InterstateBatteries.com does not normally stock, but will specially order for you. These items are displayed online with the message such as "Special Order: 30 days minimum". If a special order item is damaged or defective upon delivery, refer to our policy on Returning Damaged or Defective Items, and we will replace the item. |
